Hair System Salons works with trusted manufacturing partners to fulfill and ship all orders directly to our customers. This allows us to offer consistent quality, faster fulfillment, and wider availability of stock hair systems.


Order fulfillment & processing

All orders placed on Hair System Salons are:

  • Processed and shipped directly by our manufacturing partner

  • Carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping methods & delivery timelines

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier used by our fulfillment partner.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Hair System Salons does not control carrier operations once an order has shipped.


Shipping costs

Tracking information

Address accuracy & failed deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Hair System Salons is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Failed delivery attempts caused by recipient unavailability

If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


Damaged, lost, or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date

  • Provide photos (if damaged), order number, and tracking details

We will coordinate with our manufacturing partner and the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.


Shipping & returns relationship

Because orders are fulfilled directly by our manufacturing partner:

  • Shipping timelines and return handling are governed by partner logistics

  • Return approvals must be confirmed before sending any item back

  • Unapproved returns may be refused by the fulfillment facility
