We understand that ordering a hair system online is a big decision. This policy is designed to protect your confidence while also maintaining strict hygiene standards for personal-wear products.

Please read carefully before placing your order.


Quick overview

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Eligible products: Stock hair systems only

  • Condition required: Unused, unworn, unaltered

  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days after inspection

  • Custom orders / add-ons: Not offered at this time


First Order Assurance (Extra confidence for your first purchase)

Your first order with Hair System Salons qualifies for First Order Assurance.

That means:

  • You may request one exchange for another stock unit, or

  • You may return the item for a refund

As long as the hair system is unused and unaltered.

This exists because we know the first step is the hardest — and we want you to feel safe taking it.


What “unused and unaltered” actually means

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair system must:

  • Not be worn or installed (no test fits, no adhesives, no “just checking”)

  • Not be cut or trimmed (base or hair)

  • Not be washed, conditioned, dyed, bleached, or toned

  • Not be styled, permed, curled, or thinned

  • Have no residue (adhesive, tape, makeup, powder, oils, or odor)

  • Be returned in original packaging and protective materials

If the unit shows any signs of use or alteration, we cannot accept it due to hygiene reasons.

No exceptions — this protects all customers.


Stock Hair Systems (What we sell today)

All products sold by Hair System Salons are ready-to-ship stock units.

Returns

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Only if the system is unused and unaltered

Exchanges

  • One exchange allowed per eligible order

  • Replacement must also be a stock unit

  • Subject to availability


Quality issues or incorrect items

If you receive:

  • A defective unit

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the hair system

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A short video if the issue is easier to demonstrate

Once verified, we will offer the most appropriate solution:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund


How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email [support@hairsystemsalons.com]

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear photos of the unit (top, front hairline, base, underside)

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

  4. Ship using a trackable method

Important: You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.


Return shipping costs

  • First Order Assurance: We may cover return or exchange shipping once

  • All other cases: Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a verified quality issue, we will cover shipping or reimburse reasonable costs


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit

If your refund appears delayed:

  1. Check your bank statement

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Then reach out to us for help


Order cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

  • Once an order is shipped, standard return rules apply


What we do not accept

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or installed hair systems

  • Units with adhesive residue or signs of attachment

  • Cut, trimmed, washed, or altered products

  • Items returned without approval

  • Final sale items (if marked as such)
